Our clinic is open from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm on weekdays and from 9:00 am to 1 pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Please bring any relevant medical records, Medicare card, Concession card, health care card, pension card and your private health insurance card if any.

For emergencies, please call 000. However, we do attend to an emergency & manage until necessary transfer has been arranged and coordinated.

Yes, patients who have registered for Australian Government initiative - My Health Record can access their medical records like Shared health summaries from your GP, Pathology results, radiology reports, public hospital specialist letters through secure My health record access. Please Discuss with
your doctor if you want your shared health summary to be uploaded to my health record.

Our Preferred way is to consult COVID situation through Telehealth consultation. If Face to Face assessment is warranted, We follow all government guidelines including sanitization, social distancing, and mask-wearing to ensure the safety of our patients and staff & conduct you consultation in an Isolation or separate room if possible.
